ROGUE TAXIDERMY

In April, 2014, I began my self-taught taxidermy adventures. Initially, I started with a couple of squirrels who'd been victims of a friend's dog — but soon moved on to roadkill and found specimens, with a local following of roadkill collectors who randomly bring presents to my door. 

 

In August 2014, I attended the Artistic School of Taxidermy in Idaho for a week of intensive, hands-on training with Master Taxidermist and instructor Troy Rose, which was invaluable. Some of my taxidermy projects are highlighted below.
